Welcome to my holistic wellness space!

I’m Shannon, an LCDC, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and tarot card reader. 

With nearly 18 years experience teaching yoga, my classes are designed to be creative and fun, welcoming individuals of all experience levels and body types.

I've been on a lifelong journey of holistic healing and I'm here as a guide to reconnect you with your light.  My tarot readings are a positive and uplifting  way to connect with Spirit and realign your soul.

As an addiction counselor, I guide will walk with you and help you find your light so that you can connect with the flow of life once more. Join me on this journey of self-discovery and healing!
